At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique / specialist firms for the execution of their key projects

Our client, a leading Indian real estate developer known for delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments, is setting up a dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) vertical to institutionalise structured learning, training, and development programs across all levels

This is an exciting opportunity to build the L&D function from the ground up, drive leadership and workforce capability enhancement, and design training programs that directly impact performance, productivity, and culture across a fast-growing enterprise

Key responsibilities :

As part of the organization's people transformation agenda, the selected professionals will :

  • Establish and lead the Learning & Development function for the company (Executive-level) or manage its day-to-day operations (Manager-level)
  • Design and deliver training programs covering leadership, behavioral, and product-specific learning modules for diverse teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, GREs, project teams)
  • Collaborate with business and project leaders to gather inputs, identify training needs, and ensure that learning programs are aligned with business priorities
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal HR and tech teams to onboard digital learning platforms and ensure smooth deployment across departments
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability building, ensuring buy-in and adoption from leadership and on-ground teams

Your Background :

  • Executive Role : ~20 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally with strong exposure to the real estate or allied sectors. Proven experience in setting up or scaling L&D functions at a group or enterprise level
  • Manager Roles : ~10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the real estate or related industries. Hands-on experience in training design, delivery, and impact measurement
  • Strong understanding of competency mapping, behavioral training, and learning frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and project delivery teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and program management skills
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Management preferred

    Location : Gurgaon (onsite role)

    Engagement Type : Full-time employment with the client
