You will work in AI-native teams & will be expected to move at the speed of thought.You’ll leverage the company's platform to configure, fine-tune & architect state of the art AI Agents. You will act as a conduit between product, customer success & engineering teams. You’ll work very closely with customers to make AI Agents a BIG success for them.Responsibilities : Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs.Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.Own full life cycle of building agents. Iterate.Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools).Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments.Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & Company’s platform.Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.Requirements : AI-native mindset.Strong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focussed.2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications. Strong hold over at least one programming language.Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns.Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable working fullstack.
