Hiring : Video Editor – Amar Solar (Mumbai)

Full-Time | On-Site Preferred | Clean Energy Startup

The Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to lead our content creation across Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms. This role involves end-to-end content ownership from scripting and planning to shooting and editing. We want someone who can bring fresh storytelling, creative direction and visual identity to our brand as we scale.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (Must)
  • Plan, script and storyboard content around solar, sustainability, entrepreneurship and lifestyle
  • Lead shoots both in-studio and on-site at live solar project locations
  • Manage the publishing calendar and maintain content consistency across platforms
  • Analyse content performance and refine strategies for growth

Objectives of the Role :

  • Brand Building – Develop a strong visual and content identity for Amar Solar
  • Content Growth – Increase reach & engagement across social platforms to educate and inspire
  • Creativity & Innovation – Experiment with formats, styles, trends and storytelling approaches
  • Video Quality & Consistency – Maintain a high standard of production across all content

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Proven experience editing on Adobe Premiere Pro (Reels / Shorts + YouTube Long-form)
  • A strong understanding of social media video trends, hooks and storytelling formats
  • Ability to shoot videos with an eye for composition, lighting and sound
  • Creativity, ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Canva skills for thumbnails and occasional brand creatives (preferred)
