Job description

As an Engineering Lead at Aurigo's Product Engineering team in Bangalore, you will lead a skilled SCRUM team of developers, quality engineers, and work closely with business analysts. Your technical competency, people management, and project planning and execution skills are critical to strengthen and guide the team through professional growth and project success.

Responsibilities :

  • Single point of contact for the team for app development.
  • Sprint Planning and Execution with efficiency and quality.
  • Collaboration with on-site product owners on setting backlog priorities.
  • Team management and mentoring.
  • Inculcate processes to improve product engineering (development and quality).
  • Responsible for the career development of engineering staff members.
  • Identify and facilitate training for the team.
  • Recruit and monitor the career development of team members.
  • Goal setting, measurement, and assessments.
  • Cross-team collaboration for improved productivity.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience with at least 1 year in an engineering lead role.
  • Excellent knowledge of App development for IOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
  • Experience in SaaS product development.
  • Good knowledge of mobile apps and data security.
  • Should know about Database, SQL Queries, and API development using .NET / .NET Core.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Managed hosting services like AWS or Azure is required.
  • Good experience with design patterns and principles.
  • Knowledge of Git will be an added advantage.
  • Should have experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Setting up their goals and evaluating the performance of the team members.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Should have a working knowledge of Application security and performance.
  • Should demonstrate Initiative and drive
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
