Complying with Mechanical Métiers processes and Design Rules :

Plan, monitor and control activities according to mechanical product design process of his / her PG / PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)

In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economic targets

Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications

Perform or support design calculations / simulations / associated acceptance tests

Coordination with simulation / mechatronic leader / engineer to ensure mechanical design robustness

Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justifications

Responsible for Mechanical Metier design reviews preparation, and in charge of problem solving of his metier on the defined project

Interface with the customer for mechanical content

Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager / Leader / Engineer and his Hierarchical

Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting

Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments align with the budget of the project

Establish detailed breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones

Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing

Management of the contributors

Daily management of his group

Assign to them the needed work packages

Regular review with his / her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities
