Job description

We are searching for a Bookings Editor for a dynamic new age Media, Information and Technology company based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong networking skills across media and entertainment, and the ability to line up engaging guests for podcasts, covers, and digital properties.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, reach out to, and secure high-profile and relevant guests for podcasts, covers, and other editorial features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, podcast channels, media houses, and entertainment professionals.
Coordinate with internal teams (Editorial, Production, Creative) to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of shoots and recordings.
Track industry trends and emerging voices to keep guest line-ups fresh and culturally relevant.
Manage communication, logistics, and follow-ups with guests and their representatives.

Skills & Requirements :

2–5 years of experience in bookings, talent management, entertainment journalism, or PR.

Strong network within media, entertainment, and influencer ecosystems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Deep understanding of pop culture, trends, and digital storytelling.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
