Role Description

This is a full-time role as the Head of Human Resources at Cloudi. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling labor and employment law compliance, and managing employee relations. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management

Expertise in labor and employment law

Ability to develop and implement HR policies

Excellent skills in employee relations and conflict resolution

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a similar role in the IT industry is a plus

Relevant certifications and qualifications in HR

Qualifications

HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies

Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices

Experience in managing and developing teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
