Role Summary
The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function across multiple business units including real estate, malls, hospitality, manufacturing, facilities, retail and education. The role focuses on HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and leadership support , ensuring a strong people-centric culture aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business heads and leadership teams

2️⃣ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead hiring for leadership, corporate & operational rolesBuild strong talent pipelines & succession plansSupport diversity hiring initiativesOversee onboarding & induction programs3️⃣ Performance Management & Capability Development
