Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong
Yardi Implementation Specialist
to drive the integration of
Yardi Data Connect
into modern reporting workflows. This role plays a critical part in automating data pipelines, ensuring real-time feeds into
SharePoint dashboards , and enhancing executive decision-making through dynamic reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least
3+ years of hands-on experience
with
Yardi Data Connect and SharePoint integration , strong knowledge of property management / accounting workflows, and the ability to transform static manual processes into efficient, automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure
Yardi Data Connect
for automated, real-time data feeds across financial and operational modules.
Integrate Yardi with
SharePoint
to build consolidated, executive-friendly reporting dashboards.
Eliminate manual workflows (e.g., rent roll PDF exports and uploads) by designing automated reporting solutions.
Collaborate with accounting, property management, and executive stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Establish best practices for
data governance, integration, and long-term system maintenance .
Train internal teams on Yardi workflows, SharePoint dashboards, and adoption of new processes.
Act as the subject matter expert for
Yardi data extraction, transformation, and reporting optimization .
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for scalable reporting pipelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience
working with Yardi Data Connect, implementation, and advanced reporting configurations.
Strong expertise in
SharePoint integration , dashboard creation, and executive portals.
Solid understanding of
property management workflows, accounting processes, and financial reporting .
Ability to design automated
data pipelines
that translate Yardi outputs into user-friendly dashboards.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting offshore or distributed teams is a plus.
Desired Skills
Industry experience in
real estate, property management, or asset management .
Knowledge of
business intelligence tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query) for advanced analytics.
Familiarity with
data governance best practices
in financial reporting.
Ability to document workflows and train end-users for adoption and success.
