Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing tailored solutions to client needs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, attending meetings with prospects, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and solutions
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing and related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
