Site SEO (Safety & Environment Officer)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety laws / regulations, and global policies / standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections; issue safety work permits; facilitate MOC (Management of Change) process and implement controls.
• Implement and manage site ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) systems and Health, Safety & Welfare Committee.
• Lead site ESHA Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) requirements implementation and provide technical guidance.
• Implement Emergency Management Organization, organize drills and training.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and determine preventive actions.
• Monitor and report ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) performance metrics, key figures, and risk portfolios.
• Deliver ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage internal / external stakeholders on ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) matters.
• Steer continuous improvement of ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) programs and performance.
