Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, overseeing our Contract Staffing division . This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in high-volume hiring, and a proactive mindset to drive seamless delivery across client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition for contract roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end contract hiring strategy and execution across various business verticals.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters focused on contract staffing delivery.
- Ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients , maintaining SLAs and TATs.
- Partner closely with business, delivery, and HR teams to understand hiring forecasts and staffing plans.
- Drive high-volume hiring campaigns across multiple technologies and roles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal database, etc.).
- Negotiate terms, compensation, and availability with contract professionals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and client-specific contract norms.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, sub-contractors, and recruitment partners.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to ensure modern and competitive hiring practices.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for senior management.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6+ years of experience in contract staffing.Experience in IT / non-IT staffing.
