Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee complex engineering initiatives spanning Full Stack development and AI / ML solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and stakeholder leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Ownership : Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology programs across Full Stack and AI.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Coordinate between engineering, data science, product, QA, and business teams to align priorities.
• Roadmap & Execution : Define program roadmaps, break down complex projects into milestones, and manage dependencies.
• Agile & Process Management : Implement and manage Agile / Scrum processes, ensuring teams deliver on time with quality.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear updates on progress, timelines, and risks to leadership, clients, and team members.
• Technical Insight : Understand architecture, AI / ML workflows, and product design to support informed decision-making.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and responsible AI deployment standards.
• Team Enablement : Foster collaboration, track productivity, and support engineers and program leads in achieving success.
