Associate Site Merchandiser – Amazon (E-commerce)

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Up to ₹5 LPA

About the Role :

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. You will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including Gate Way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wire frame development to execution.
Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Key Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.

Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
