Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and creative Technical Document Writer to join our eLearning team. This role involves crafting high-quality documentation that supports digital learning products, including instructional materials, user manuals, technical guides, and process documentation. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and learner-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for eLearning platforms, tools, and modules
- Develop user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and help documentation tailored to diverse learner profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate it into clear, structured content
- Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and terminology across all documentation
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance clarity and engagement
- Review and update content based on feedback, product updates, and usability testing
- Use authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MS Word) and content management systems
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and eLearning specifications (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
Required Qualifications
