Job Type : Training + Full-time (Regular / Permanent)

No. of Openings : 3

Work Hours : Day Shift (9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Saturday; 3rd Saturday Holiday)

Stipend during Training : ₹6,000 per month

Training Duration : 3 Months (Performance-based conversion to Full-time)

Experience : Freshers

Education : Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Language : English

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Research Analyst Trainee to join our team. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month training program where they will learn, contribute, and gain hands-on exposure to data research and analysis.

On successful completion of the training and based on performance, candidates will be converted into full-time employees . This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing past operations' results and performing variance analyses.
• Optimising email campaigns by checking content accuracy, ensuring consistency and clarity, troubleshooting issues, and assessing potential risks.
• Creating reports and presentations on email campaign performance.
• Identifying and analysing trends and forecasts, and recommending improvements to business processes.
• Using data analysis and interpretations to guide decision-making.
• Providing recommendations to improve future business operations.
• Organising and storing data for future research projects.
