Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor

to engage with parents and students, explain our programs, and

help them choose the right courses . Counseling will be conducted

both in-person at the centre and via phone / video calls , depending on the lead’s location and convenience. This is a

sales-focused role

where building trust and strong relationships is key.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct

one-on-one counseling sessions

with parents and students,

in-person or telephonically .

Address queries, provide guidance, and

convert leads into enrollments .

Build rapport with families and maintain

long-term relationships

to foster trust and referrals.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.

Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.

Skills & Qualities Needed :

Excellent

communication, empathy, and persuasion skills

(Hindi + English).

Confident in

counseling, relationship-building, and guiding decisions .

Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.

Graduate (any discipline) ; 0–3 years’ experience in counseling, sales, or education preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Comfortable conducting

counseling both telephonically and in-person .

Strong interpersonal skills and empathy

to engage effectively with parents and students.
