Junior Architect (Group Housing Projects)

Job descriptionB.Arch is mandatory 0–4 years of experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to group-housing or large residential developments. Strong technical knowledge : good working understanding of architectural detailing, services coordination, construction documentation and execution processes. Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drawing standards, detailing and project delivery workflows. Ability to coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical) and communicate clearly with consultants and vendors. Motivated, organized, quality-focused individual who can work under guidance and gradually take higher responsibility. Good communication skills; a portfolio or sample work showing any relevant residential housing exposure will be an advantage.
Are you an architect with a strong technical foundation and the ambition to work on end-to-end residential group housing projects? We are seeking an Architect to join our team in Gurgaon , who can support design, coordination and execution across large-scale residential developments, and grow into taking full ownership of sub-projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design development and documentation for group-housing, high-rise residential and large-scale residential projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and electrical consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, detailing and technical drawings for execution.
- Participate in site visits, liaise with contractors / vendors, track project progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all phases of the project : from concept to hand-over.
- Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals and support project tracking.

Location : Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon
Working days : Monday - Saturday (10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM)
