Experience : 1-3 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on IT Recruiter who can independently handle the full recruitment lifecycle and effectively manage multiple open positions across various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, target-driven, and have a strong grasp of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple IT roles simultaneously.
• Work closely with hiring managers or account managers to understand detailed job requirements and priorities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage a high volume of open positions across technologies like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, UI / UX, etc.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, job postings, and reports using Excel or ATS tools.
• Maintain consistent candidate engagement through timely communication and status updates.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets by ensuring timely closures.
• Coordinate offers, negotiate salary expectations, and follow up on joining.
