We’re Hiring — Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location : Bestech, Mohali, Punjab

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)

Graphic Designer — Key Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching static and motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, brochures, and presentations.
  • Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and ad creatives consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, typography, and color schemes for campaigns.
  • Convert briefs into polished designs quickly while maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare design files for web and print (correct formats, sizes, resolution).
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketing, and video teams to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized asset library and follow version-control best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to grow client brands.

Graphic Designer — Requirements

  • Diploma / degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field preferred; freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Basic understanding of social media ad specs and best practices.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills and ability to accept feedback.
  • Portfolio / works samples required (Behance / Drive links or attachments).

    • Video Editor — Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, IGTV), ads, client promos, and website use.
  • Assemble raw footage, add motion graphics, transitions, color correction / grading, and sound design.
  • Create animated intros / outros, lower thirds, captions / subtitles, and promotional shorts.
  • Work with designers and content creators to maintain consistent visual style and pacing.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and screen ratios (9 : 16, 1 : 1, 16 : 9).
  • Manage project files, export videos in required formats, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Suggest creative edits and storytelling improvements to increase engagement.

    • Video Editor — Requirements

  • Diploma / degree or certification in Film, Multimedia, or related field preferred; freshers with strong editing reels are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is a plus.
  • Basic skills in audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
  • Understanding of social media video trends and platform specifications.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Good storytelling sense, eye for detail, and willingness to iterate on feedback.
  • Portfolio / showreel required (YouTube / Vimeo / Drive links).
