Our client is a leading dynamic real estate company and looking to hire a Senior Manager- Legal from real estate or builder / construction background
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Legal Advisory Provide legal guidance to management and business teams on key business decisions and transactions.
- Contract Management Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and finalization of complex contracts, agreements, and strategic partnerships.
- Regulatory & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution Oversee all legal disputes, manage external counsel, and ensure effective resolution strategies for court cases.
- Risk Management Identify potential legal and compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies, and safeguard the companys interests.
- Corporate Governance Support board meetings, statutory filings, and ensure maintenance of legal records in line with regulatory expectations.
- Stakeholder Management – Liaise with government authorities, regulators, law firms, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Legal due diligence for the lands.
- Leadership – Mentor, guide, and develop the legal team, ensuring strong collaboration with internal business units.
