Job Title : Telecaller

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Any Graduate / Fresher can apply

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Description :

We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products / services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products / services and their benefits clearly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements :

Any graduate or fresher with good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).

Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
