Social media content producer

We’re looking for a Content Producer who can turn ideas, feature updates, customer stories, and technical concepts into high-quality posts, case studies, and product content .

This is a hands-on role . You will write every day, publish every day, and help Spike build a strong presence on . If you’re someone who enjoys storytelling, understands SaaS, and likes working closely with a founder, this role will fit you well.

Your Role

• Write 20–25 posts / month
• Turn product updates into clear, sharp, high-signal posts.
• Convert customer proof, testimonials, and feedback into social content.
• Create 4–6 long-form assets per month (case studies, carousels, feature explainers).
• Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar.
