Role Title : Fractional Sales Consultant – Enterprise IT & Digital Transformation Solutions Location : Remote / Flexible Engagement : Fractional / Commission-based (with progression to Strategic Growth Partner)

Role Overview

We are looking for Fractional Sales Consultants who can leverage their networks and sales expertise to represent Nexora Tech’s strategic IT and digital transformation services. This role is ideal for highly networked professionals who want to create impact in future-tech consulting while working in a flexible, high-performance model.

Consistent performers will have the opportunity to transition into a prestigious Strategic Growth Partner role after six months, transitioning into a fixed-retainer plus commission model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Engage CXOs, boards, and technology leaders to position Nexora Tech’s consulting services.
  • Understand client needs in IT strategy, AI / GenAI, cloud, risk & compliance, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Present tailored solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive deal closures with a consultative, value-led sales approach.
  • Maintain strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for long-term growth.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to refine offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales in IT services, consulting, SaaS, BFSI, healthcare, or similar.
  • Strong network of CXO / decision-maker relationships in at least one industry vertical.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and closing enterprise deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in fractional, freelance, or partner-led models is a plus.
  • Compensation, Career Path & Commitment

  • Time Commitment : Approx. 15-20 hours per week.
  • First 6 months : Commission-only (5%–15% of net revenue per deal, based on service line).
  • Post 6 months (for consistent performers) : Progression to Strategic Growth Partner with fixed monthly retainership based on clear metrics and a transparent formula — typically ranging between INR 1–4 lakhs / month — plus attractive commissions.
  • In case you miss the qualifying criteria for the first six months, the Fractional Sales term will be extended to another six months.
