Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments. Deep sense of ownership and accountability. Experience building secure, high-performance, scalable systems. Comfortable working in a high-paced, competitive, research-driven environment. Ship MVPs and working prototypes using AI tools Spin-up fast research on existing open-source codebase and repurpose Industry-standard compensation High-growth environment with autonomy and ownership. About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack DeFi Blockchain Engineer with strong expertise across frontend, backend, and smart contract development. You will design and implement production-ready DeFi systems with secure, scalable, and high-performance architecture. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of DeFi primitives, modern web technologies, and takes complete ownership of their work.
Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop full-stack DeFi applications (frontend to smart contracts).
- Build and optimize scalable backend systems with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Google Cloud.
- Design secure smart contracts using Solidity and frameworks like Foundry or Hardhat.
- Integrate blockchain layers using viem, ethers.js, and wagmi.
- Develop modular, component-driven frontends with Next.js 14, Tailwind CSS 4, shadcn / ui, and Storybook.
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit and React Query.
- Build performant APIs (REST / GraphQL / WebSockets) with Postman-based documentation.
- Design and manage databases with MongoDB, Redis, IPFS.
- Implement robust monitoring and observability using Datadog, Grafana, or Sentry.
- Integrate on-chain data via The Graph / Subgraph indexing.
- Collaborate across protocol, product, and design teams to ship production-grade systems.
