Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions that align with our studio's vision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and innovative design solutions.
• Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and approve design changes, specifications, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design intent.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff.
