About the Role

MaterialKart is building a reliable sampling and ordering experience for building materials. We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented operator who’s confident with a laptop and online tools, communicates clearly, and is fluent in

Kannada . You’ll ensure smooth warehouse operations and the end-to-end handling of product samples—from accurate listings to timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product listings on the platform (data entry, basic QA of specs & images).

Coordinate movement of product samples and ensure they’re prepared and stocked correctly.

Update and reconcile sample inventory in a WMS / OMS (e.g., Unicommerce).

Process sampling and customer orders : create orders, paperwork, courier booking, handover, and tracking.

Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and safe; support quick picking / packing.

Communicate proactively with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

Fluency in

Kannada ; basic English / Hindi is a plus.

Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.

Comfortable with laptops and online tools (spreadsheets, email, portals, WMS / OMS).

Able to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.

Comfortable coordinating with external partners; able to handle samples / boxes safely.

Nice to Have

Experience in warehouse / logistics / e-commerce operations or catalog / listing.

Hands-on with

Unicommerce

(or similar).

Exposure to building materials / tiles.
