Job description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Senior Developer with 6.8 years of experience to join our team in building advanced contact centre solutions on AWS The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing configuring and integrating Amazon Connect environments with internal systems to deliver seamless customer engagement workflows You will work closely with architects product owners and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features and enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure Amazon Connect components including contact flows routing profiles queues and agent hierarchies

Integrate Connect with AWS Lambda Lex Dynamo DB and S3 to support dynamic intelligent IVR solutions

Build and manage API integrations with third party systems such as CRMs ticketing platforms and messaging services

Participate in designing scalable reliable and secure voice and chat solutions

Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across contact centre systems

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Contribute to code reviews technical documentation and unit testing

Support DevOps practices including CICD automation and deployment pipelines

Required Skills

Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact flows and call routing logic

Proficiency in AWS Lambda Node.js or Python Cloud Watch and Dynamo DB

Experience integrating Lex bots for IVR and chat automation

Strong understanding of telephony concepts SIP and call queues

Knowledge of REST APIs JSON and secure authentication methods OAuth JWT

Good debugging problem solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with Agile software development and ticketing tools Jira Confluence

Preferred Skills

AWS Certification Developer Associate or equivalent

Experience with Salesforce Zen desk or ServiceNow integrations

Exposure to Chabot voice assistants or conversational AI frameworks

Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK

Familiarity with real time reporting analytics or dashboard tools

Experience working in multiregional cloud environments for high availability
