(Urgent Search) Sr. Analytics Engineer

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the Product Analytics team in our Noida, India office. You will use your healthcare background and experience in analytics or data engineering to help build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams. By sharing your experience and expertise in analytics and data pipelines with the rest of our global team, you will have a substantial impact on the quality and efficiency of our team.

As a pivotal individual contributor on the team, you will be given a rough idea of the “problem” to solve, navigate the content in our data warehouse, transform it into well curated datamarts that are fit for use, and design intuitive dashboards for consumption by our clients and internal users.

The most important thing to the role will be your ability to balance speed with reliability and consistency. It will require you to be :

• Fluent with SQL and comfortable working with complex interrelated datasets
• Proficient in dbt and well-versed in different data modeling paradigms, with knowledge of when and how to apply them
• Inclined towards simplicity, scalability, and creating maintainable code
• Knows how to drive QA / validation of dashboards and visualization layers
• Constantly curious about the problems to be solved (not just the technical execution)
