About the job :

We are seeking a visionary .NET AI Lead / Architect to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions on the .NET ecosystem. This role requires a blend of deep .NET architectural expertise and hands-on AI / ML integration skills, along with leadership to guide teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect & Design end-to-end .NET solutions with integrated AI / ML components (predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines, etc.).
Collaborate with data scientists / ML engineers to deploy models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, ML.NET) into scalable .NET applications.
Define AI integration strategies : model serving, inferencing pipelines, continuous learning mechanisms.
Lead microservices-based architectures using .NET Core, C#, Azure / AWS cloud services.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade scalability, performance, and security standards.
Stay ahead of trends in .NET and AI to bring innovation into enterprise systems.
Mentor and guide development teams in AI integration and modern .NET architectural practices.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, automated solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years in software architecture and development with .NET / .NET Core (C#).

3+ years integrating AI / ML solutions into enterprise applications.

Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle, deployment, and inferencing (REST APIs, ONNX Runtime, Azure ML, ML.NET).

Hands-on with front-end frameworks (Angular) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS / GCP acceptable).

Expertise in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

DevOps / CI-CD exposure for AI / ML model deployment pipelines.

Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Strong understanding of architecture patterns : microservices, event-driven, domain-driven design (DDD).

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
