Job description

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to join our product base project team in our Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata / Gurgaon office . Its a hybrid position , three days a week.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata / Gurgaon
Work Mode : Hybrid

All Mandatory Skills : SCCM, Software Packaging, Software Deployment, Scripting (PowerShell, batch, VB Scripting), Code Testing (Unit Testing) Win 10 / 11, Intune, Entra ID, Identity Management, Active Directory, MS 365, Exchange Admin, Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell Scripting, Zscaler, Veeam Backup, Dev Ops, Azure Certified

Essential Knowledge

SCCM : Experienced in deploying, managing, and updating software.

Software Packaging : Capable of creating and customizing deployment packages.

Software Deployment : Experienced in deploying applications across multiple systems.

Scripting : Skilled in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch for automation tasks.

Code testing : Able to unit test

Managing a Microsoft Hybrid Cloud environment

Windows 10 / 11 : Proficient in installation, configuration, and management.

Intune : Expertise in mobile device and application management.

Entra ID : Knowledgeable in identity and access management solutions.

Identity Management : Proficient in managing user identities and permissions.

Active Directory : Competent in configuring and managing services.

Microsoft 365 : Skilled in administering and managing Office 365 services.

Exchange Administration : Experienced in managing on-premises and Exchange Online environments

Desirable Knowledge

Familiarity with Azure functions, databases, logic apps

Understanding of network configurations, security protocols, and best practices for securing cloud environments.

Used secure internet and web gateway solutions like Zscaler

Experience in using backup and recovery solutions like Veeam

Worked in a Microsoft Hybrid Cloud environment

Managed enterprise Windows 10 / 11 environments efficiently.

Administered Microsoft Intune for comprehensive device and app management.

Configured and managed Active Directory services to enhance network efficiency and security.

Administered Exchange for both on-premises and online platforms, ensuring seamless communication and email services.

Administered and managed Office 365 services to support organizational productivity.

Worked with Entra ID for robust identity and access management.

Managed identity and access controls to ensure security compliance.

Utilised SCCM for software deployments and updates.

Created and distributed customised software packages

Developed scripts for process automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Led software deployment with effective cross-team coordination.

Ability to solve complex technical issues

Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with other teams

Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
