Key Responsibilities
As an Adobe Campaign Developer, you will:
- Campaign & Workflow Development: Design, develop, and implement complex marketing workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic (v8) to automate marketing processes and customer journeys.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Configure and manage campaign execution, including audience segmentation, personalization, and delivery across various channels (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.).
- System Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Adobe Campaign and other systems (CRM, AEP, analytics platforms, data warehouses, third-party marketing technologies) using APIs and other integration methods.
- Data Model & Schema Management: Understand and work with Adobe Campaign schemas and the underlying data model to ensure data integrity and effective targeting.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and platform performance.
- Requirements Translation: Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Adobe Campaign.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation related to campaign workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Platform Enhancement: Participate in the planning and execution of platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within Adobe Campaign.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency:
- Adobe Campaign Classic (v8): Deep understanding of the Adobe Campaign platform, including complex workflow development, data models, and API interactions.
- Workflow Design: Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex marketing workflows to automate processes and customer journeys.
- Campaign Configuration: Experience configuring and managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel delivery.
- Integration Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in developing and maintaining integrations with CRM, AEP, analytics platforms, data warehouses, and third-party systems using APIs.
- Data Models: Understanding of Adobe Campaign schemas and underlying data models for data integrity and targeting.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and platform performance.
- Documentation: Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Experience with AJO is a significant plus.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience as an Adobe Campaign Developer or a similar role.
- Proven responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex marketing campaigns and workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic (version 8).
