Role Summary

As an Application Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Sites.
• Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, guiding them in critical decision-making and solution design.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide scalable solutions for complex, cross-functional technical challenges.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging trends in CMS, DAM, and integration frameworks.
