Job descriptionLead and manage design planning, approvals, and execution for large-scale residential projects. Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize concepts within set timelines. Drive design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and market benchmarks. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend market-relevant designs, layouts, and master plans. Oversee project feasibility studies, site analysis, and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to junior architects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project drawings. Present consolidated project reports and recommendations to senior management.
