About the Role : Altiostar is searching for a passionate, technology personality to drive our innovative LTE Openv RAN, 5 G v RAN product portfolio and software roadmaps.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for building OAM / FCAPS modules, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Interface with other subsystem teams for development and testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
