🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on skills in Java 8, JSP, Spring Boot, and SQL . The candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java / J2EE and Spring Boot based applications.

Build and update web components using JSP / Servlets and Spring MVC.

Develop RESTful APIs , microservices, and backend modules.

Work closely with product owners, QA, architects and cross-functional teams.

Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and provide regular project updates.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues , and remove blockers for junior developers.

Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate in requirement analysis, estimation, and sprint planning.

🔹 Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Java 8 (Streams, Lambda, Functional programming).

Hands-on experience with JSP, Servlets, Spring Boot, Spring MVC .

Good understanding of J2EE architecture .

Experience with SQL / Oracle / MySQL .

Good knowledge of REST APIs , JSON, and integration work.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology.

Ability to mentor juniors and work independently.

🔹 Good to Have

Experience in banking or BFSI domain .

Knowledge of Microservices architecture.

Basic DevOps exposure (Git, Jenkins, CI / CD).

Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
