Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance professional with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to join our Finance team. This role will focus on MIS, compliance, treasury management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IND AS and proven expertise in handling end-to-end accounts and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly Sales MIS, Budget vs. Actual Reports, Cash Flow (CBE), and other Management MIS workings.

Manage monthly closure entries for all projects including loan and FD workings, depreciation, and capitalization of expenses as per IND AS 2.

Prepare back workings for GST, TDS, and RERA to support compliance teams.

Assist in Quarterly Financial Statements and Limited Review Audits; prepare draft financials of entities.

Perform fair valuation, discounting workings, and revenue recognition as per IND AS wherever applicable.

Handle RBI monthly reporting, quarterly RERA workings, and related compliance requirements.

Contribute to ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IND AS.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software / tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
