Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM AND PM departments to minimize & optimize TAT for customers deliverables cross functional coordination. Role and Responsibilities : -

To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control.

To reduce Cancellation %

To Ensure timely payment in the RM Stage

To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover.

To manage NPS & CSATs score during this stage

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in operations management.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
