JOB Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our design team.
- This role is ideal for fresh graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience in the design and analysis of rotary and static equipment used in oil & gas, petrochemical, water treatment, and other process industries.
- The candidate will support senior engineers in developing mechanical designs, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and selection of rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) and static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks).Prepare and review engineering drawings, datasheets, and specifications.Support in performing mechanical design calculations for equipments.Collaborate with process, piping, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated design solutions.Participate in vendor coordination, technical bid evaluations, and document reviews.Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including design reports and equipment lists.Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, TEMA, ISO).Maintain organized records of design files, revisions, and correspondence.Technical And Industry Experience
Basic understanding of rotary and static equipment principles.Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.0–2 years of experience in mechanical designFamiliarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYSProblem solving skills.Knowledge of integration between process units.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.Keywords – Mechanical engineer, Design, Rotary, Static, AutoCAD
