Role Description
We’re now looking for a Full-Time Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content — someone who can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, stay on top of content trends, and know how to make a 15-second video both engaging and conversion-driven — we want to meet you.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience editing short-form videos (agency or freelance background a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content perform on Reels, TikTok, and Meta Ads
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with motion graphics, typography, and pacing for attention retention
- Ability to follow creative briefs and adapt editing styles for different brands
- Excellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, and sound selection
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Good communication skills and familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Google Drive
What You'll Do
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for clients across lifestyle, e-commerce, and personal brand nichesCreate and format Meta ad creatives designed for performance and conversionRepurpose long-form footage into engaging short clips optimized for social platformsAdd captions, transitions, effects, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance storytellingMaintain consistent brand identity and tone across all editsCollaborate with creative strategists and project managers to align edits with campaign goalsStay up to date with trends, editing styles, and platform updates (especially Meta and TikTok)Manage and organize raw footage, edit timelines, and project files efficientlyDeliver edits within set timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detailBonus Points
