Job descriptionMBA or Master's degree in a related field. 8+ years' experience in HR leadership, preferably in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and change management. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree is not required but relevant work experience may be considered.
We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Strategist to lead our HR efforts. The ideal candidate will drive business results through effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
