Procurement Manager , looking for an experienced professional to manage procurement for Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) and Bag Filter systems across utility, captive, and industrial projects.

About the Role

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities, ensuring effective vendor management and project execution.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement for Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) and Bag Filter systems.

Lead a procurement team and develop vendor relationships.

Ensure cost-effective and timely project execution.

Expand the vendor base and negotiate contracts.

Coordinate projects and control costs effectively.

Qualifications

Experience : 20 – 25 years in procurement / subcontracting within heavy fabrication, environmental, or power equipment industries.

Technical Background : Mechanical or Production Engineering graduates.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in vendor development, negotiation, cost control, and project coordination.

Good understanding of vendor landscape for Structural and plate work across manufacturing locations in India.

Proven experience with ESP / Bag Filter systems for utility segments.

Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing multiple vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

Experience in managing procurement for large-scale projects.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
