IT & Security Administrator (India – Gujarat office)

Job descriptionEndpoint Security Manage and monitor Seqrite Endpoint Security across all laptops Investigate and respond to alerts and incidents Enforce antivirus, patching, and device encryption policies Asset & Device Management Maintain updated hardware / software inventory Enforce device configuration standards (OS versions, security patches, software tools) User Access & Identity Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in GSuite / Microsoft 365 / other SaaS tools Support onboarding / offboarding processes securely Network & Infrastructure Plan and set up basic LAN / WiFi infrastructure if needed Ensure secure VPN or remote access configurations for internal tools or file shares Monitoring & Reporting Generate regular security and device health reports Implement tools to monitor software usage, unauthorized apps, etc. Compliance & Best Practices Ensure internal systems follow compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, etc., if applicable) Write and maintain IT policies (acceptable use, password policy, BYOD, etc.) 3+ years in a similar IT administrator, network admin, or security support role Experience with : Endpoint security platforms (Seqrite, CrowdStrike, etc.) GSuite / Microsoft 365 admin Basic networking (LAN / WiFi setup, routers, VPNs) Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles Comfortable working with Windows (and optionally Mac) environments Familiarity with IT documentation and ticketing systems Any security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.) Experience in SaaS access controls or SSO tools Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
