Role Overview :

As our Human Resource Specialist , you’ll be the heart of our team - ensuring a positive workplace culture, smooth HR operations, and employee engagement across our outlets. You’ll help us attract, retain, and nurture the best talent as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new team members

Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives

Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance

Support training and development programs

Partner with management to strengthen company culture and values

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field)

2 - 4 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality industry preferred)

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices

A people-first mindset and love for building positive work environments
