Job Title : Senior Analyst- Data Analytics Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years Location : Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid as per company policy)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing analytics team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Databricks , Snowflake , and Power BI , with a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and visual reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather, process, and analyze large datasets using Databricks and Snowflake

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights

Build scalable and efficient data pipelines and ETL processes

Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across various platforms

Conduct exploratory data analysis and support ad hoc reporting needs

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

3–5 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role

Proficiency in :

Databricks (Python or SQL-based data engineering workflows)

Snowflake (data warehousing, SQL queries, and integrations)

Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report and dashboard development)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions

Experience working with large, complex datasets and optimizing data workflows

Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices

Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik (optional)
