Inside Sales Executive (Remote - Night Shift – Freshers Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the USA market for staffing partnerships
• Generate leads through online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking tools
• Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill requirements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities and client information
• Support senior BD team members in proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
• Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and business development targets
