Designation : Manager – Energy Transition PracticeLocation : New DelhiEducational Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering,Preferred : M.Tech / MS / MBA / PhDExperience : Minimum 6 yearsRemuneration : At par with industry standardsRole : Undertaking studies related to power market & system assessment / feasibility, and be involved in formulating policy & regulatory interventions in the clean energy sectorKey Responsibilities : - Technical analysis, including but not limited to the Wind & Solar Energy sector only, but also to the Power / Electricity market- Policy Analysis : Collaborate with our policy team to analyze and interpret energy policies and regulations that impact clean energy projects- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, policies, and market dynamics in the energy sector in India and globally.- Engage with clients and assist in identifying issues and developing, executing, and delivering solutions- Report preparation and generation : Prepare detailed reports and presentations, including proposals- Manage teams of analysts and consultants by delegating tasks, disseminating information, and providing guidance for ensuring timely execution and completion, including invoicing and project closurePreference given to- Strong analytical and / or modelling skills- Knowledge of energy policies and landscape- Proven knowledge of the Power / Electricity market with RE Integration issues- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Independent and team-oriented mindset- Work experience in the Wind industry
