About the Role :
The role involves ensuring comprehensive coverage of OEMs and contractors, as well as managing greenfield projects. You will be responsible for overseeing 10-12 contractors and 5 consultants across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh.
Required Qualification : B.E / (Mechanical)
Work Experience : 5-8 years in relevant industry and profile
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Experience in selling boilers, steam accessories, engineering equipment
- Experience with greenfield projects, OEMs, Contractors
- Selling based on benefits
- Capturing the information systematically in the report and format
- Getting leads from Consultants and sources about projects and working with them on specifications
- Mapping competition activity
- Analysis of Market trends in his territory, potential of Business, Business plans, Strive to achieve individual and organization targets quarterly & yearly
- Defining decision making hierarchy at customers end
- Submitting proposals in line with potential and getting systematic repeated business at OEMs, Contractors
- Focus on high quality business
- Documenting benefits for customers
- Completing the sales cycle of generating leads, offer making, getting orders, commissioning help and documentation, payment collection
