Training Material Developer

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding an Instructional Designer . As an instructional designer, you will be responsible in creating, developing and releasing training material related to manufacturing, field support businesses processes.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Able to write technical content, design documents, guides, training manuals and other learning design deliverables.
• Aware of standard e-learning development tools and software.
• Create a variety of instructional materials for online programs, web-based learning aids, and other programs as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
• Writes scripts for video and audio content.
