Hiring Directors for our Investment Banking Team

We are seeking a Director to join our entrepreneurial and high-performing investment

banking team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deal execution skills and the ability

to independently source transactions.

Key Criteria :

Led & closed at least 10+ deals as a dealmaker (primarily Early Stage / Series A transactions)

Ability to independently source nearly all mandates

Ability to independently execute transactions end-to-end

Longstanding network with domestic and global PE / VC Funds, Family Offices etc. preferably

with the ability to do Early Stage / Series A transactions

Should have led a team of analysts / associates in the past

Location :

Dexter Capital currently has offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire in

these 3 locations (exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates if the situation demands)

Compensation :

Top-tier compensation (composed of fixed salary, performance bonus and long-term

bonus) offered based on candidate's past experience and fitment
